I, the undersigned, agree to the following: Health and Safety: I acknowledge that I participate in yoga classes, workshops, or retreats offered by Sama Yoga during which I will receive basic yoga instruction. I am aware that yoga classes are practiced in heated rooms. I acknowledge that my health and safety are my own responsibility. I attest to being in good physical condition and not suffering from a medical condition (or other) that would prevent me from safely practicing the activities offered or sponsored by Sama Yoga.
Discharge and Waiver: In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for activities and programs offered or sponsored by Sama Yoga, I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or any other person who may claim on my behalf, agree not to sue, release, and discharge Sama Yoga, its directors, administrators, employees, and instructors (all those to whom the waiver refers collectively) from all liabilities concerning injuries, losses, property damage, and expenses (related or ongoing) due to my participation in the activities and/or programs offered and sponsored by Sama Yoga, whether within or outside the premises of Sama Yoga. I accept that Sama Yoga is not responsible for any losses, damages, unauthorized use, theft, or injuries resulting from any personal property that I may bring onto the premises/property of Sama Yoga. I acknowledge that this waiver agreement is a legal contract that is voluntarily as comprehensive and inclusive as the law permits. Any provision declared invalid or unenforceable by a court shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. I have carefully read this document and fully understand its contents and significance. I acknowledge that by signing this document, I waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I sign it of my own free will.
